This year’s competition was another great entry – well over 400 poems giving the judges the usual really difficult task of selecting only three prize winners. Indeed they decided to nominate three poems as Highly Commended (this is a first for the competition) as an indication of exactly how hard it was. Many thanks to everyone who entered, and many congratulations to the winners and runners-up.

NB Winning poems and the judges’ report will be posted on this page very soon – some of the poets concerned are away on holiday and so unable to make the necessary checks.
